Midwest Urban Strategies will hold an info session on February 6th to discuss challenges in early childcare with Congress members, staff, and stakeholders. Without it, parents can’t work, employers can’t produce, communities cannot grow. The session will highlight how Registered Apprenticeship Programs can address talent shortages in childcare, improving care quality, agency operations, and worker wages. Attendees will hear from business owners and childcare workers who have completed apprenticeship programs, learning first-hand about the challenges and the solutions this industry is facing.
