Sherry Kelley Marshall

Sherry Kelley Marshall became president of the Southwest Ohio Workforce Investment Board at the end of 2007 after four years at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where she was executive dean of the Workforce Development Center. While there, she led a turnaround effort, bringing the center from years of losses to three consecutive years of profits above $1.2 million. She also served as executive director of the Knoxville Empowerment Zone and director of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Workforce Solutions group.
